Play
An instant bite that can use either creature power or planeswalker loyalty.
More
- What it needs
- A creature or walker you control large enough to deal the needed damage.
- How to use it
- It is a one-way damage effect, not a fight. A deathtouch creature can kill a creature with one damage; a walker uses its loyalty.
- Playing against it
- Removing or shrinking your source can defeat the plan. Do not activate a minus ability first if you need that loyalty as damage.
- Pick-Two
- Read this answer’s exact target restriction before treating it as removal for the threat you need to beat.
- Sealed vs Draft
- Its low price does not make it unconditional: an empty board makes it unusable.
- Two-Headed Giant
- Your source must be a creature or walker YOU control; you cannot borrow your teammate’s big creature.
