More
- What it needs
- Double black, early defense, and expendable creatures if using −2.
- How to use it
- Choose +2 to suppress an attacker, −2 when your sacrifice improves the exchange, or −3 against a stocked hand.
- Playing against it
- His exile replacement stops opposing creatures from dying, so it also changes death-trigger plans.
- Sealed vs Draft
- A strong black-base incentive; do not sacrifice your only meaningful threat blindly.
- Two-Headed Giant
- −2 makes EVERY player sacrifice, including your teammate. Only Garruk’s controller gets the Beast if they sacrificed. −3 affects both opponents and can draw up to two cards.
- Bombs
- Expendable creatures feed its sacrifice mode. Keep early defense; BB asks for a black base.
